L’App viene utilizzata per poter effettuare degli esercizi per il rilassamento oculare. Il download dell’App è volontario ed in ogni momento l’utente può disinstallarli.
La base giuridica ai fini della liceità del trattamento dei dati personali è individuata nell’art 6.1 lett. b del GDPR “il trattamento è necessario all'esecuzione di un contratto di cui l'interessato è parte o all'esecuzione di misure precontrattuali adottate su richiesta dello stesso”.

I servizi forniti dalla App, nonché le caratteristiche e le funzioni della stessa non richiedono alcuna forma di registrazione degli Utenti.
L’app è totalmente offline, non richiede dati dell’utente, e non accede ai dati del dispositivo. Di conseguenza non vengono trasmessi dati a terze parti.
